Hello, I’m Theodora.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in music therapy, trauma-informed care, and relational healing. At the core of my work is a simple belief — that healing begins when you feel safe, both within yourself and in connection with others.

I work with individuals and couples who may appear strong, self-aware, and capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that are difficult to shift. You may understand why you feel the way you do, but still find yourself returning to the same emotional cycles, struggling to feel settled, or unsure how to move forward.

My approach goes beyond conversation alone. Grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy, I integrate somatic awareness and creative modalities such as music, voice, guided imagery, and art. This allows us to gently access and process experiences on a deeper level — not just intellectually, but emotionally and within the body.

In our work together, I offer a space that is calm, attuned, and non-judgmental — where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and meaningful.

Healing is not about fixing who you are.

It is about returning to yourself — with greater understanding, compassion, and a deeper sense of inner stability.
