About Me – Peace Within Psychotherapy

Hi, I’m Theodora.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in music therapy, trauma-informed care, and relational healing. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with feeling safe — within yourself and in connection with others.

I support individuals and couples who are navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and patterns shaped by past experiences. Many of the clients I work with are insightful and self-aware, yet find themselves feeling stuck in recurring emotional cycles, disconnection, or difficulty regulating their inner world.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy, integrating somatic awareness and creative modalities such as voice and guided imagery. This allows us to move beyond just talking about experiences and gently process and integrate them on a deeper level.

In our work together, I aim to create a space that feels calm, attuned, and non-judgmental — where you can slow down, explore your experience, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
